As a Marketing Manager at ChakraChain, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing our marketing strategy to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement within the cryptocurrency and DeFi communities. This position involves a blend of strategic planning, content creation, social media management, and community building.

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance ChakraChain's visibidivty and adoption.

Craft compeldivng content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, and press releases, to articulate the value proposition of ChakraChain effectively.

Manage social media channels and campaigns to grow our community and engage with our audience.

Collaborate with the Growth Lead to analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Organize and participate in community events, AMAs, webinars, and conferences to foster a strong relationship with the community.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the

cryptocurrency, blockchain, or DeFi sectors. Strong

understanding of the cryptocurrency market, DeFi platforms,

and blockchain technology. Excellent communication skills,

both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging

and informative content. Proficient in social media management

and digital marketing tools. Creative thinker with a passion

for innovation and the ability to think outside the box.

Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategies and

execute them effectively. Strong analytical skills, with the

ability to use data to inform marketing decisions. Team player

We are seeking a Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our blockchain infrastructure, ensuring its performance, security, and scalability. Your expertise will contribute to the innovation and optimization of our decentralized applications (dApps), directly impacting the growth and success of ChakraChain.

Develop and maintain the back-end infrastructure of our blockchain and dApps.

Collaborate with the development team to design and implement scalable and secure software solutions.

Ensure the reliability and performance of our applications through effective coding practices and thorough testing.

Stay abreast of the latest blockchain technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

About you

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.

Proficiency in Go language, FastAPI, and common web frameworks (Django/Flask); experience with AWS, SQS, and MySQL.

Priority will be given to candidates with experience in Rust language.

Experience with distributed services, IM communication, and message queues is preferred.

Proficient in Docker and familiar with basic Linux commands and Git usage.

Strong self-learning ability, high intelligence, and able to efficiently complete tasks within a set timeframe; good coding habits required, including clear structure, standardized naming, and logical consistency.

Familiarity with Libp2p or IPFS is a plus.

Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
